The Beatles

The Beatles
The Beatles have meant everything to me. Paul, George, Ringo, and I have established bonds similar to those of brothers. Thus, it broke my heart when we went our separate ways. Even though we may have our differences, I only keep in mind the days of which we thrived as the Beatles and dominated the music industry. In the wake of our success, we topped the UK charts various times and dominated numerous award ceremonies such as the Grammy Awards which we had won seven of. However, I do repent of one sin which I have made under certain circumstances where I said, “We’re more popular than Jesus now-I don’t know which will go first, rock and roll or Christianity.” I willfully admit that if I could take back one thing from my past life, it would be this sentence. I understand that this offended those countries whose main religion is Christianity and don’t blame anybody for having a grudge against me and I apologize to my band mates for what I have said for our days of glory was primarily dismantled by my words. Now that we ended our days of touring, I felt that there was nothing left to do but leave the band I have so passionately summoned. But before I could formerly announce my departure, Paul had the audacity to declare his leave along with releasing his debut solo album. I was outraged at the fact that Paul knew that I was the one who created this band from the ashes and when he took his leave, it seemed as if he was the one who deserves all the credit for this band simply because he was the first to leave. But as I pondered upon it, I increasingly felt that Paul wasn’t worth the trouble. As I began my own solo career, I smiled upon my past and said to myself, “The Beatles have meant so much to me and will forever be the center of my life; I couldn’t have asked for anything more or better.”

  1. I am devastated that our band broke up. Our band influenced the whole world. I am also sorry that I caused you trouble. I am glad that you started your own solo career. I too have started my own solo career too.

  2. John Lennon!
My name is Margaret Thather, and I am certainly a very huge fan of your music. However, it is very sad to hear that the Beatles had broken up. Sometimes while I was having hardships as our country's prime minister your songs had been very inspirational and had helped me get through my years as PM! So when I heard depressing news, I was very dissapointed. However, I am satisfied that you are going to continue on with music with a solo career. I wish that you will continue to suceed!
